Country Harvest Table taught by Jacquelyn Kaminski

Supplies Needed:

  

Here is our April project and here's what you'll need to bring:

1.  Xacto knife to trim table legs if desired

2.  White glue,  wood glue or other quick drying wood glue

3.  Jig, or T square or the like to square up your project - graph paper will be available if needed

4.  Bring your sandpaper square from last month's flower pot project

5.  Dampened cloth or tack cloth

6.  Paint brush for paint or stain

What will be provided:

7.  Paint/stain - will be provided

8.  Wax paper - will be provided

9.  Q-tips will be provided

10.  Toothpicks will be provided

11.  Painter's tape - will be provided

Guest Voting

Members will be displaying a special Christmas Tree Decorating Challenge for guest voting.  

1st Place Ribbon, 2nd Place Ribbon and 3rd Place Ribbon will be awarded

Proceeds to be given to Aluminum Cans for Burned Children

Aluminum Cans for Burned Children (ACBC) is a non-profit aluminum beverage can recycling program. It was founded in 1986 by the Northern Ohio Fire Fighters and the Northeast Ohio Fire Chiefs Association. ACBC & MetroHealth Medical Center have partnered to provide pediatric burn survivors with exceptional ongoing physical and emotional healing & recovery. Proceeds from ACBC provide fire safety education, a winter & summer camp, a scholarship program & a young adult program.

PLEASE START SAVING ALL ALUMINUM CANS & DROP OFF AT ANY FIRE DEPT.  YOU CAN ALSO BRING THEM TO ROCKY RIVER ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW AND DROP OFF AT THE ROCKY RIVER FIRE DEPT. IN THE SAME COMPLEX AS THE CIVIC CENTER.
